The work of the Quality Control Department makes a tight defense for our company's quality which is an important part of controlling the quality of products.

Our company's quality inspection process:
Incoming Quality Control(IQC) include AQC sampling, appearance, structure assembly size, sensuring raw materials are qualified.
In-Process Quality Control(IPQC) inclue appearance structure, function test, production process control.
Final Quality Control/Out-going Quality Control(FOC/OQC)finished products test, AQC appreance and packaging, product function test etc.
Quality Assurance(QA) Trial Production Test Product function is unusual or not, surface, leakaging testing, mechanical testing and other indicators. Find problems in the process of production and give corrective proposals.
